As soon as possible, we are recruiting for an open vacancy, at our Munich based office, working full-time (38 hours/week).

Therefore, we are looking for a:

Project Management Officer (PMO) (m/f/d)

The Project Management Office (PMO) provides a reporting and governance structure for all projects within the project portfolio. The Project Management Officer will work closely with the PMO, project managers and be involved in portfolio, project planning and reporting. The role supports the implementation of best practices to enable the successful delivery of projects to customers all over Europe.

To strengthen our PMO cababilities, we seek the following requirements:

Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining of project and portfolio management methodologies, processes and KPIs and supporting their continuous development
  • Ensuring implementation of standards and processes by supporting colleagues from other departments
  • Design presentations and project status reports for project members, management and decision-makers
  • Tracking ongoing projects at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follow the approved methodology
  • Proactively supporting the management by gathering necessary information for the decision-making process
  • Developing and maintaining a project portfolio dashboard to track action items, project status and targets
  • Administrating and maintaining of relevant project management tools
  • Closely working together with the various teams in the organisation, to facilitate a focused and timely flow of relevant information

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management or equivalent
  • Foundation level knowledge of project methodologies and understanding of software development life cycle
  • Team player, solution oriented, willing and able to support others in the delivery of their role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint, Excel
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience with SAP Business by Design is a plus
