TSCNET Services is a service provider for 16 transmission system operators (TSOs) from 14 European countries. We are one of the leading regional security coordinators (RCCs) in Europe. Our head office is in Munich and we always work with the aim of being a highly efficient service provider for network security analysis and capacity calculations. As soon as possible, we want to cover an open vacancy, for our Munich based office, in full-time (38 hours/week). Therefore, we are looking for a:

Senior Data Management & Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

For this role, we see the following requirements:

Your responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the data management & reporting processes
  • Leading a team of 5-8 people
  • Ensure and steer appropriate development of the data platform on the company level
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic and design-related matters
  • Lead relevant Data Management & Reporting activities
  • Supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis
  • Provide technical knowledge and guidance to peers and colleagues
  • Define, lead and encourage continuous improvement of the teams delivery
  • Takes responsibility for driving data management & reporting processes to success

Your qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Science or similar
  • 7+ years of experience in the Energy business, data management / business intelligence / reporting
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of data management and governance techniques
  • Strong conflict and decision-making management
  • Good social and emotional intelligence
  • A good understanding of the power system grid is an advantage
  • Open-minded and willing to drive change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
