As soon as possible, we want to cover an open vacancy, for our Munich based office, in full-time (38 hours/week). Therefore, we are looking for a:

Service Analytics & Quality Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced ambitious and open-minded expert to support and further strenghten the service analytics & quality solutions with the following key qualifications & characteristics:

Your responsibilities

  • Perform data quality analysis and collaborate with team members to improve service quality
  • Continuously improve TSCNET’s service portfolio on the basis of more accurate forecast data and enhanced visualisation
  • Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Specify, implement and use BI and Data visualisation tools to improve services for TSO partners
  • Analyse the quality of the CGMES power grid models using load flow tools and scripts
  • Provide technical support and consultancy to our customers for the implementation
    of improvements in their grid models (for both UCT and CGMES)
  • Coordinates and continuously improves the stakeholder reporting based on customer requests
  • Assesses the quality of services by performing regular reporting activities towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the integration of new services and tools in the daily operational business

Your qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in the Energy business or Regional Security Coordination
  • Strong knowledge of grid fundamentals,
  • power system grid modelling, data formats and load-flow analysis
  • Good knowledge of CGMES/CIM Data Model and the IEC-61970 standard is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of electricity market principles including capacity calculation methodologies
  • Dedication to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Open-minded and willing to drive change
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
